Hi, and welcome to Cheat Day with Hedda. This is a blog for everyone looking for quick and easy recipes for your cheat day. If the term “cheat day” is new to you, allow me to explain. A cheat day is originally a term used by bodybuilders and health-freaks that count calories and eat super healthy on an everyday basis, but that like to have one day out of the week where they eat whatever they want.

On my blog I will interpret this in my own way, by posting recipes for snacks, cookies, cakes as well as full sized meals, mainly meant to fulfill the criteria for a cheat day meal, but maybe healthier alternatives in the future. My main goal is to show you that whatever it is you want to indulge in on your cheat day, you can make it yourself. I am such a big advocate for making homemade meals, even if what you make is snacks or cookies.
